By using this website, you are deemed to have accepted the following terms and conditions. Please read these items carefully before shopping.
1. Order and Payment
All orders placed are subject to stock availability and price confirmation. NEEFBE reserves the right to refuse any order. Payments are processed through the secure PayTR infrastructure.
2. Delivery
Your Elite products will be delivered to the cargo within 3-7 business days after the production and quality control processes. For international shipments, customs duties belong to the buyer.
3. Return Policy
In Custom Studio products, returns are not accepted except for production errors. For standard products, the return period is 14 days from the delivery date.
